The word "Custom" means that I create jewelry based on sketches, images, or designs provided by clients from hand.

A consequence of creating jewelry from client designs is that I receive alot of sketches, pictures or designs in which I do not have the time to check in matter of Copyrights or Patents. I decline any responsibility in this matter should any legal issues arise and clients are responsible for utilizing my services in accordance with the law.

Another consequence of creating custom tools is that I offer a wide range of services and products each of which might require a certain flexibility of my service conditions in matter of timelines, payment terms, consignment of goods, deliveries, rates,  and markups  during the process  of making quotes in addition to the creation process.

Therefore, the description of my services and procedures on this website are not contractual and I reserve the right to proceed differently with each project/client and to modify the content of this website without notice.

Terms for creation are thoroughly discussed and agreed upon prior to the creation of invoice and are specified on each invoice and the payment of such invoice by the client is a proof of acceptation of the terms that may differ from an invoice to that of another in accordance with each specific order.

All sales are final and no refunds will be given. All payments must be paid in full and prior to the start of any project.
